Estimated Shipping Times

  • In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

All shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, volume, and delivery speed of your package.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Free Shipping:
Free shipping has been suspended for the time being. 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Nak Muay Supply does not charge import duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees on in-stock items in the U.S.

For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

If customs duties remain unpaid, the package may be returned, delayed, or destroyed by customs. Nak Muay Supply is not responsible for any resulting losses or additional charges.

Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase.

Once an order has shipped, Nak Muay Supply is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If you realize your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@nakmuaysupply.com.

  • If the order has not yet shipped: We will update the address before shipment. Any difference in shipping cost will be charged before the order is shipped. 

  • If the order has already shipped: You must contact the carrier directly to request an address change or reroute. Any additional fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Refunds will not be issued for packages that are lost or undeliverable due to buyer address errors.
