Refund policy

Refund, Exchange & Damage Policy

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
Below are our guidelines for refunds, exchanges, and claims.


General Conditions

  • Refunds and exchanges must be requested within the applicable window (see below).

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging with original tags attached.


Refunds

Window: 14 days from the date of delivery

All refunds are processed through Shopify. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Any order that qualified for free shipping will have the actual shipping cost deducted from the refund amount.

  • Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item).

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping — please use a tracked and insured shipping service.


Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • The Armbar Soap Company products

  • Hand wraps

  • Custom items

  • Heavy bags

  • Mouth guards

  • Protective cups

  • Namman Muay Thai Oil

  • Any items marked Final Sale

  • Any items marked Clearance Sale

Exchanges

Window: 14 days from the date of delivery

You may exchange any product not listed under “Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items.”

The customer is responsible for both the return shipping cost of the original item and the shipping cost of the new item.

We will only cover return shipping costs if we made an error (e.g., sent the wrong product, size, or color).


Manufacturer Defects

Window: 7 days from the date of delivery

If you believe your item has a manufacturer’s defect, please contact our Customer Support Team at info@nakmuaysupply.com with the subject line:
“Manufacturer Defect”

Include the following:

  • Your name

  • Order number (e.g. #MNMS123456)

  • Detailed description of the defect

  • Photos clearly showing the defect

All refund and exchange conditions still apply. Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible.


Damages During Transit

In rare cases, items may be damaged during shipping. This differs from a manufacturer’s defect in that the damage occurs during transit — for example, if your package arrives dented, punctured, or torn, resulting in damaged contents.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@nakmuaysupply.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your name

  • Order number (e.g. #MNMS123456)

  • Written description of the damage

  • Photos clearly showing the damage

  • Photos of the inside and outside of the packaging (including the shipping label)

Once we receive the necessary information, we’ll review your claim and determine the best possible solution.

Please note:

  • Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

  • You must keep the damaged item(s) and ALL original packaging for carrier inspection to qualify for a replacement, refund, or claim.
